No. Understandably, there is no master password or backdoor for Didactum's infrastructure monitoring and control systems. Please contact our competent support. Please also have proof of purchase for your Didactum security product ready. Please note that recovery is only possible on-site, i.e. directly on the device.
You have been assigned only limited user rights in the smart IT monitoring system. Contact your IT administrator so that you can be granted the rights you need.

Under the menu item "System tree" please click on the "+" icon and create a new sensor group. In our example, we simply name the new group of IP sensors, to which the janitor should have limited access, "Temperature Sensors Group".
In the "Elements" tab, select the elements to be added to the "Temperature sensors group" (screenshot Didactum Monitoring System 100 II). After you have completed the "Temperature Sensors Group", please click on "OK". After that, please click on the disk icon in the upper right corner to save the settings permanently. Step: Create the user profile "Caretaker" under "User". Set the desired login data as well as the desired password under "Settings".

Please click on the tab "Groups" and select the previously created "Temperature sensors group" under the item Access rights. After that please save the profile "Caretaker". After that, please click on the disk icon in the upper right corner to save the settings permanently.

In principle, you can store individual read and write rights for each employee on the networked Didactum IT monitoring system. See here the simplest method to grant an employee only read rights for certain sensors on the LAN supported Didactum measuring device.
